I used Petscosset.com to look for some pet stuff, and it was easy to figure out!!! I didn’t have to click around forever, and the pages were simple enough to understand, which I really appreciated!!!

The only thing I noticed was that a few pages took a bit longer to load than I expected, and the menu could probably be a little clearer!!! But overall, it’s still a good site and I’d use it again!!!

I know some people might be fine with it, but for me, it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. The quality is okay, not terrible, but definitely not what I expected for the price. Maybe I’m being picky, but when I spend that much, I expect something better. I probably wouldn’t buy from here again

I’d say the quality is just okay. It works and all, but it doesn’t really feel like anything impressive. And it’s not even about expecting something super high-end, I just hoped it would feel a little better overall.

I’ve used petscosset a few times when I needed quick pet info, some of it was helpful. I did find a few answers fast. That said, I’m not always totally sure where the info is coming from, and some articles feel a little broad or basic. It’s fine for casual reading or getting a general idea, but if it’s anything health-related, I’d still ask my vet or look around on a couple other sites too. So yeah, not bad overall, I just wouldn’t rely on it 100%.

I might be missing something, but I had a frustrating time with support. It took a few days to hear back, and even after they replied, I still didn’t really get a clear answer. Maybe my issue was more confusing than I thought, but I was hoping for a bit more guidance.

I ordered a sweater from petscosset.com and followed their size chart carefully, but it showed up way too small. My dog is normally a medium, and I even measured him twice because I didn’t want to waste money on the wrong size.
The material itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The problem is the sizing made it basically unusable, which is frustrating when you’re trying to be careful with what you spend. If you order, I’d probably go up one or even two sizes, especially since dealing with returns is a hassle

I sent it back and I'm still waiting on my refund. The whole return process has literally been way more frustrating than it needed to be

I ordered it sometime around the beginning of the month, maybe the 3rd or 4th, and it felt like it took longer than it should’ve to arrive. Not a huge deal, but the shipping was definitely slower than I expected

I was surprised by how stiff this bed was?! My dog wouldn’t use it at all, and even my cat refused to sleep on it. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

I got a pet bed from petscosset.com a little while ago, maybe a few months back, and it’s still doing well. My dog does that whole scratching and digging thing before he lays down, so I figured it might tear up quick, but so far there aren’t any holes or anything. The stitching seems fine too, at least from what I can tell. I took off one star because the fabric got kind of fuzzy after I washed it, but overall it’s been a decent buy.

I ordered a couple of pet supplies from petscosset.com, and while the shipping was totally fine, the actual order wasn’t quite right. One item was completely wrong, and another came in a different size than what I picked, which is just kind of annoying when you’re expecting specific stuff for your pet. I had to reach out to support to get it sorted out, that made the whole experience feel like more of a hassle than it needed to be. I might give them another try at some point, maybe it was just a bad order, but I’m not exactly thrilled with how this one went
